Clear answers before you hand over a customer list.

Review requests touch your customers and your public reputation. You should understand exactly what runs, what stops, and what is never promised.

How quickly will I receive the free audit?

Review Complete prepares the audit and emails it within two business days after we identify the correct public listing. A sales call is not required to receive it.

Am I locked into a long-term contract?

No. Review Complete is month-to-month from launch. We recommend evaluating the trend over roughly 90 days because reviews accumulate over time, but that recommendation is not a contractual lock-in. You can cancel in writing before the next monthly renewal.

How do you know whether my current software will connect?

We confirm the trigger path before enrollment. The preferred path is a supported webhook or automation event from your existing system. A pipeline stage, mobile completion form, or scheduled import can serve as a documented fallback. We do not promise a native integration until the preflight is complete.

Who is responsible for SMS consent and A2P registration?

The business documents the customer relationship and legal basis for messaging, supplies accurate brand information, and approves the message program. We coordinate sender setup and A2P 10DLC registration, configure identification, STOP handling, quiet hours, and suppression rules, and monitor delivery. A prior customer relationship alone is not represented as blanket legal consent.

Can I do this myself?

Yes. The hard part is rarely knowing how to ask. It is making sure the request happens after every eligible job, at the right time, without adding another recurring task for your team. Review Complete runs that process for you.

Can you guarantee a certain number of reviews?

No. Customers decide whether to respond, and Google controls its platform. We provide a consistent request process, sensible follow-up, pacing, and reporting without promising a review count, ranking, or revenue outcome.

Will you remove or suppress a negative review?

No. Review Complete does not remove, suppress, or gate reviews. Complaints alert the owner for thoughtful human attention, and every eligible customer keeps the same opportunity to leave an honest review.

Is asking for Google reviews allowed?

Businesses may ask genuine customers for honest reviews. We do not offer incentives, buy reviews, write reviews for customers, or selectively ask only happy customers.

Will customers be spammed?

The standard workflow is limited to a check-in, a direct request, and one reminder. It observes quiet hours, identifies the business, and stops on opt-out. Past-customer campaigns are paced instead of blasted.

Do I need to replace my current software?

Usually not. Review Complete can use an existing CRM or field-service completion event, a simple staff form, a pipeline stage, or an approved customer-list import.

What access do you need?

An owner or manager connects the correct Google Business Profile and helps define the completed-job trigger. Customer contacts must be genuine customers with a prior business relationship.

What happens when someone has a complaint?

The owner is alerted so the issue can receive human attention. Complaint handling never becomes an automated public argument, and sentiment is not used to decide who is allowed to review the business.

Does replying to reviews improve rankings?

Google encourages businesses to respond to reviews, and thoughtful replies visibly demonstrate attention to customers. We treat responses as a trust and conversion practice, not as a guaranteed ranking tactic.

When should I expect results?

Review activity depends on completed-job volume, contact quality, customer response, and platform behavior. We recommend evaluating the trend over roughly 90 days, but the service remains month-to-month; the recommendation is not a lock-in or a promise of a particular result.
